In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, fj77 will apply its void game policy: the round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's wallet. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fj77 may retain any balance in the account as damages or as a return of fraudulently obtained funds. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player after deducting applicable charges and completing required verification.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting fj77 customer support. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcomes, and the resulting balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information on file (mobile number or email) at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR direction.
